Gladstone Campus

Located at the Gladstone Marina, the campus is home to the University's Process Engineering and Light Metals research centre and the Centre for Environmental Management.

Gladstone is a city of 27,000 people situated on the central Queensland coast and approximately 500 kilometres north of the state's capital Brisbane. The region is remarkable for having managed the successful coexistence of tourism and industry.

Researchers from CQUniversity contribute to this community by providing developmental research for industry and monitoring the environmental health of the Gladstone area, including the waters of Gladstone harbour and the Rodds Bay dugong sanctuary.
